There is a point in life where we all find ourselves staring FEAR dead in the eyes. It dare’s us to either run from it or face it and make it a part of who we are.
Sometimes we create a mask to hide from the things we fear, we stop short of our goals, we build walls to shut people out. We become insecure and let that fear take over who we are… but sometime’s… something happens to us when we face that fear. We slowly start to become who we have always been.
Fox Wilde is an alter ego that was discovered while living in a fear all too real and staring right back at me every time I looked in the mirror. At 16 years old my appearance was altered forever and the world that I once knew seemed to have shattered right in front of me. Fox Wilde was created to escape this reality. A character who is confident, bold and daring. Things I never thought I could be again without the mask.
Sometimes we are too afraid to see that the differences we hate in ourselves are our biggest strengths.
