It was set up by Utkarsh Amitabh (INSEAD MBA, Chevening Fellow - Oxford, Harvard Business Review writer) initially as a passion project when he was working at Microsoft. Also, Professor Klaus Schwab, the founder of World Economic Forum, wrote the foreword of Utkarsh's book "The Seductive Illusion of Hard Work" (Sage Publication) which went on to become an Amazon #1 best-seller. In his book, Utkarsh talks about the core values of Network Capital and key principles of shaping meaningful careers in the 21st century.
