Monday through Friday, come here and listen to my Morning Minute Podcasts. They are quick, informative, fun and you can listen while you're brewing coffee, figuring out what you're going to wear, making the bed, putting on makeup or taking a little "me time" before you leave the house.
BACKGROUND
I'm mom to a 32 year old autistic son. I've been homeschooling him since he was 4 years old. Used only dietary changes, nutraceuticals and homeopathic protocol. No drugs. Lots to share about that.
Wife. Grandmom. Love outdoors. Fitness is a big part of my life.
And....I've been making luxury soap for more than 5 years, using raw honey from our own beehives as the key ingredient.
