New Single 'Drown' out now!

Inkakai is a masked sextet from the US, Japan, and Finland, defining their genre as ‘Imperial’—a fusion of alternative rock, nu-metal, synthwave, and retro computer music. They’ve worked with Max Martin, Steve Vai, and Lordi, earning Finland's most played songs (2006, 2010) and the NRJ Best Nordic Song award in 2007. Their debut album ‘Burns Inside’ was released as Bleak in 2006, followed by 'The Dark Side' as Fireal in 2011.

After a break in 2012, they introduced their masked concept in 2013. Their first single, 'The Smoke', dropped in 2019, leading to their rebranding as Inkakai in 2020. 'Drown', mixed by Tim Palmer (U2, Pearl Jam), is from their third album 'Unlite'.

Inkakai’s black-and-red visuals symbolize fire and shadow—echoed in their name, 陰火会 (Inka Kai), meaning "Shadow Fire Assembly."
