Sullivan in the Garden

I'm a Philly based floral designer and gardening enthusiast. My formerly abandoned home in Philadelphia was surrounded by 1/4 acre of poison ivy, dead trees and weeds. In 2018, I bought my first shovel and set about transforming my very first garden. I have become an avid gardener and I am so passionate about all the plants I grow. I love nothing more than learning everything I can about horticulture and believe strongly that all plants are for cutting and enjoying. I don't just have a patch of a cutting garden, I've transformed my landscape into growing bouquets that I can snip from.

Because of my extensive background in floral design, I create my gardens in the same way I approach an arrangement and I also consider what the garden will look like over the entire growing year. Planning, sketching, designing are all part of my process and I hope you'll join me in making beautiful gardens to be enjoyed outdoors as well as brought indoors as floral designs.
