When Peter Freudenthaler and Volker Hinkel founded Fools Garden in 1991, they did not suspect that their „musical plants“ would be world famous a few years later. The wild days began after "Lemon Tree" had been released. Since 1996 this song fascinates the whole world. The song was translated into over 40 languages and achieved a sales quote of over six million units. "Lemon Tree" made Fools Garden one of the "Big Ones" in the world wide music business. In 2016 Fools Garden celebrated their 25th anniversary. In Spring 2018 Fools Garden released the album “Rise and Fall” and entered the German album-charts. In 2021 the latest album "Captain ... Coast Is Clear" was released.
