Shepherd of Microbes. All things fermentation. We used to produce ferments for sale when we started. And did a whole bunch of in person workshops. These moved to online workshops during the pandemic. Now, because of many different reasons, we are now spreading the fermentation gospel through many medium, including YouTube videos on everything ferments.
Kobo is about learning how to ferment everything from using koji, kombucha and kefir grains to how to lacto ferment everything from your garden to what's in your fridge. We also published many e-playbooks on different fermenty things. We answer fermentation questions on the AMA on Instagram (@kobofermentary) every Saturday. Join us and ask your questions there (we're sure you’ll have many)!
