I’m YUCa, a Japanese mom living in Tokyo. Since 2013, I’ve been offering Japanese cooking classes in English here in Tokyo. 🇯🇵 I’ve welcomed guests from all over the world and published my first English-language cookbook in 2019. I’m also honored to have received TripAdvisor’s “Best of the Best” award in both 2021 and 2023.
I started this channel to introduce Japanese food culture and make traditional meals more accessible for busy people and families around the world. As a mother of two, I understand how important it is to prepare HEALTHY, SIMPLE, and DELICIOUS meals every day. That’s why I focus on recipes that are both easy to follow and full of flavor.
