Fathers 4 Justice South Africa campaigns for the rights of children to automatically have daily, physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, contact, care, guardianship and maintenance at all times.

Further we believe and are actively campaigning for
1) Any parent or parents in collusion with his/ her lawyer, advocate, family advocate, psychologist, social welfare officer, police, public prosecutor, magistrate or judge attempts in the absence of violence or abuse etc to deny the child's its inherent right to automatic rights of contact with both biological parents must automatically receive a 25 year prison sentence, in addition all professionals involved must automatically receive a 25 million Rand fine and removed permanently from their professional capacity/ body.

2) Parental alienation syndrome, denying one parent right of contact based on spurious allegations and submitting of false protection orders must be criminally prosecuted
