Nature speaks to me by the musical sound of water; from brooks and streams to waterfalls.The breeze washing past your face; to me, it washing my cares away. The sounds of leaves in the trees singing.Their own opera; it's peaceful and mesmerizing. The smell of damp earth, the sounds of wildlife from frogs to coyotes, deer, and other creatures. A complete symphony of beauty.
The challenge? How many miles can I hike? How high is THAT mountain? Can I DO THAT? Yes, I can! You can! I'm 67. Don't let age stop you from becoming active or tackling a challenge. Lack of faith in whether "WE" HAVE THE ABILITY to do something difficult is the real challenge. We may no longer have the ability to maneuver over rocks and boulders like spider monkeys but have some faith! Come on! I'd love for you to experience this journey with me.
