The theme of the channel is to build the strength of the soul by listening to the spiritual verses and lessons available in this spiritual world, which lessons are as pure as the merciful Lord and His creations. Self-realization is as desirable as satisfying hunger by eating food on an empty stomach. Here three paths should be considered necessary for the complete development of man, first physical progress, second mental progress, third spiritual progress, The first purpose of physical development is accomplished by getting up early in the morning and doing pranayama and exercise. second and third objective is a bit easier and is achieved with practice. Doing selfless work through continuous practice, always worshiping God, giving charity to all living beings and moving forward in the progress of our nation and society.
