Hi, I am Dada Vedaprajinananda or "Dada Veda" to make it short. I am a yoga and meditation teacher with over 50 years of experience. I am a monk of the Ananda Marga spiritual movement and after having traveled widely around the world am now based in the USA, which is also my country of origin.
On this channel you will find videos where I explain topics in spirituality based on my experience and also the teachings of my guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti.
In addition to my work as a meditation teacher, I am also a singer-songwriter having composed a number of songs which have been released on eight albums over the past 20 years. That's why you will also find musical performances on this channel too. My songs are based on the spiritual values under[pinning my work as a yoga meditation teacher. I have also released an album of children's songs ("Do What You Can") which is played in kindergartens around the world. Visit my links to find out more about my meditation and music.
