Daizy Gedeon is a multi-award-winning filmmaker, journalist and entrepreneur. Through her film production company Dream Creations International, she has produced, written and directed two documentaries: Lebanon…Imprisoned Splendour (1996) and ENOUGH! Lebanon’s Darkest Hour (2021), winner of the Movie That Matters Award at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.
In 2022 Daizy was honoured as one of the 100 Successful Women in Business from the Global Trade Chamber, and the 10 Most Influential Women Leaders by Industry Era Magazine. She was also awarded the British Regal Award by the World Humanitarian Drive in London.
Daizy made the decision to leave the corporate world and apply all the knowledge and experienced gained across multiple industries to shed light on the injustice plaguing the planet. By identifying stories of injustice in Lebanon and around the world, she hopes to enlighten and empower people to become more engaged and take action to protect humanity and the future.
