Hello everyone, I am your Host Turayishimye Jean Paul, and I welcome you to my Channel. Before I introduce you to my channel, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am Congolese (DRC) by birth, Rwandan by origin, a Christian (7th Day)by denomination, a husband and and a father.
I hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from MSLaw, Massachusetts.
What to expect on this Channel: you will be updated regarding current events in the East African Community, with a particular focus on issues of Human Rights, Injustice, The Rule of Law (or the Lack of) and policies of the Government of Rwanda(GoR) led by President Paul Kagame, who has been in power since 1994, after successfully overthrowing the former GoR and put an end to the genocide. The government of Rwanda is a one party system, RPF. However, Kagame and RPF have managed to portray Rwanda as a democratic system by turning what would be opposition parties into a Rubber Stamp of the democracy in Rwanda.
