Heartwood Yoga Institute is a leader in yoga education, housed on an inspirational 7 acre site in Bradenton Florida. Heartwood features two state of the art yoga centers, holistic library, award winning Chakra garden, Labyrinth, Shamanic Medicine Wheel, Bamboo meditation Circle, meditation Gazebo, outdoor Fresh air yoga gazebo, 5 elements fire pit, art room and much more, but also has outreach online programs and videos for those who can't join us in person. Heartwood Specializes in yoga teacher training with RYS-200, 300 & 500 programs and is one of only 66 programs worldwide that are accredited for IAYT 800 Yoga Therapy certification. Specialty certifications include Aerial, Yin, Trauma Informed Yoga, Reiki, and more. Heartwood staff are all IAYT yoga therapists, ERYT-500, LMT's with additional credentials and experience to support their courses. Heartwood offers yoga classes and courses, writing workshops, ayurvedic bodywork, and retreats.
