Hey everyone -
It's early 2022 and it's hard to believe almost six years have passed since we started our YT channel. We've changed during that time but more importantly, so has Google, but not for the better. In November 2020 Google started adding videos to ALL YT vids whether the creators approved or not.
We have no control over the content or duration of those ads you're being forced to watch, and don't receive any financial compensation from the ads at all. They also seem to have removed options for to creators to manage subscribers.
So . . . we've decided to remove most of our product reviews from YT and use Amazon instead. We're not yet sure what to do about the gardening videos.
We've also moved physically into a new-to-us fixer-upper and hope to make an update vid soon.
