Birds Inc.

Thanks so much to our friends from Russia who really showed out in our time of need as a channel. We were formerly known as Birds inc. For a while we had to go underground...can you imagine, an educational channel about birds and bird calls driven underground by a couple of jerks and Xeno Canto. I used some muffled owl recording that was listed on the site as in the public domain, which if you ask me the sound of any animal should be in the first place, turned out to be "owned" by these jerks on the site. They basically filed paperwork against us which I deperately tried to explain was not intentionally done, having thought the material was in public domain. I even went so far as to offer to pay for the error, offering each some $1000 per use asking the 2 men to please retract knowing if they didnt that the 10 year old channel with nearly 30k subs would be forced to shut down. They wanted to shut us down. why i do not know but they suceeded and we are now under new management.
