Hello, my name is Anthony and I am a service tech that works on commercial cooking & refrigeration equipment. I work for a mid size company out of the greater Toronto Area in Canada and make these training videos for the technicians I work with to help shorten their learning curve. These videos are intended to train the technicians that have had training from me, and any others watching should only be watching this for entertainment reasons only and I assume no liability for those that do not meet the above criteria.
