We are a positive growth oriented psychology that believes, although you suffer and struggle in deep emotional pain, you are MORE than your pain. We believe you are not your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, you are something MORE. Your pain overwhelms you because you are your pain. We believe you are MORE than your problems, your pain, or your past.
Yes, you are in pain, but not because your broken or diseased, you are stuck in your pain, past, and problems and have not been able to growth into your highest or best self. Each of us have have seven needs or seven stages of life. Each need and stage brings us closer to our true self.
