The presented yoga videos are based on Lindell's knowledge and practice of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, MFR and her ballet background.
Lindell is a Registered Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga and in Yin Yoga. She teaches regular classes in Brussels, Belgium.
She completed 200 hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with YogaLife Belgium in 2016.
She adopted Paul Grilley’s model of functional and yin yoga through his senior students and assistants Joe Barnett and Jo Phee. She completed following yin yoga teacher trainings:
- Yin Yoga 200 hours (Bali, 2016) with Joe Barnett & Jo Phee;
- Yin Yoga Fundamentals (Belgium, 2016) and Chakra Meditation (Belgium, 2018) with Joe Barnett;
- Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release (Germany, 2017) with Jo Phee;
- Yin Yoga : Bones, Muscles and Poses (USA, 2019) with Paul & Suzee Grilley.
