Salutations!!! Welcome to Cardio Dance with Dez! This channel was created to help promote and encourage physical fitness through dance. I enjoy all forms of exercise but Cardio Dance/Zumba are easily the most fun! I am simply trying to make the world a healthier place through dance. If you are ever in the Dallas area, look us up.
