Bodhi (Shuddhaanandaa Brahmachari) is a motivational speaker, spiritual teacher and humanitarian, with 50 years of mindfulness and meditation practice. He has authored several self-help books and spiritual biographies and traveled internationally since 1990, speaking on stress reduction, mindfulness, meditation and positive thinking to schools, corporations, hospitals, and other venues. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in UK in 2015.

"Bodhi" means "Self-Awareness of Who We Are". Bodhi's role in these videos is not that of a teacher above others, but a fellow seeker walking with you.
