Many Tears Rescue, Carmarthenshire

Many Tears Animal Rescue is a small Not For Profit rescue based in Wales. We primarily take ex-breeding dogs but also take in a number of dogs from the pounds, public hand-ins and some from rescues abroad too. We are always busy and have around 250 fosterers who look after dogs in their homes, as well as our kennels in Carmarthenshire. We rely on donations and kindness to keep going

We rehome approximately 3,000 dogs per year and many of the dogs come to us having never lived in a home before. They often arrive needing veterinary care and our on site vet and volunteer vets spay and neuter all the adult dogs as well as carrying out other procedures such as treating ear/eye infections along with much bigger problems like orthopaedic surgeries, heart operations and cataract surgery. The costs of these can be vast but can transform the lives of the dogs
