Based in San Francisco, with classes and programs in San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Berkeley and San Diego, CA and Portland, OR Rhythm & Motion offers high energy dance workout classes 365 days a year. Classes are taught by experienced dancers - many of whom work professionally in their fields. With exercise and fitness as a benefit, the focus of our classes is on the joy, intensity and the skill of dance techniques from around the globe. Our accomplished team of teachers develop the choreography for the Program which result in a well-rounded, full-bodied, challenging and FUN dance workout experience like no other.
