Floyd is a Melbourne (Australia) based Chocolatier, who sometimes feels the urge to get back into Cakes & Pastry
"Inside Chocolate with Jimothy & Floyd" is the portal where they try their hand and pooling their respective passions
with focus of the channel being Chocolate & perhaps anything that this marvelous medium can be used in.
The obvious ones being Enrobed Chocolates, Molded Chocolates, Cakes , Pastries and whatever else they feel can be done well.
Vegan Friendly variants of many of the recipes will be presented, and from time to time Jimothy will function as an apprentice to Floyd, which will give a real opportunity to show pitfalls that a budding Chocolatier might make.
