Improving and growing every day.
My goal is to improve myself every day. To do that I study current research and literature and watch other motivators and coaches to find the best tips. Then I share them with you so we can improve together. Below are the key areas I have identified with the largest impact on success and fulfillment.
1) Productivity and Time Management
2) Personal Growth and Emotional Intelligence
3) Leadership and Career (you don't have to be in a position of authority to be a leader!)
4) Health and Well Being (Not just diet and exercise; things like health hacks, better sleep, etc.)
I'll occasionally do book reviews as well, when one comes along I want to share.
