Channel Description
I'm a Video Journalist and Civil Rights Activist who records and covers general police encounters. With the help my attorney Kervyn Altaffer Jr, we filed a lawsuit in Federal Court called Turner v Driver. This case established the right to film the police and government officials in the course of their duties on Feb. 16, 2017 in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals which covers Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
The videos I edit and create help bring a journalist and educational value in understanding and knowing your rights. Here are a few articles of my work being covered by other media outlets. Remember always record the police.
