I am the CEO and head instructor for Line Dance Fever & Fitness (LDFF), located in Raleigh-Durham, NC. My channel name, which is my line dance name, is pronounced High Energy. The footage on this channel is primarily made up of me and others teaching line dances, along with footage from events I have either hosted or attended. You will also see plenty of footage showing my line dance students demonstrating and showcasing dances as well. The line dances you see come from all over the country.
