I am Kumar, B.Tech - Mechanical & M.B.A in Project Management. I have 19+ years of experience in the field of Mechanical - Product Design & Development, working as Mechanical - Product Design Consultant
I am Certified SolidWorks Professional issued by Dassault's Systems, USA.
Specific Experiences:
• Experience in the field of Product Design and Development, right from Concept generation, Concept selection, creating prototypes & testing, detail design and preparing final drawings for manufacturing.
• Domain experience like Water Purifier, Medical Equipment's and Electrical & Electronic Enclosure.
• Good experience in VA/VE solutions, Reverse Engineering, Sheet Metal Design, Casting and Plastic Components Design.
• Acquired experience in hand on calculations to evaluate the strength of components and FEA analysis.
• Proficiency in Mechanical CAD Software's like SolidWorks, PTC - Creo and Ansys
