Shiv Shakti Leadership Approach(SSLA) India:is an international project initiated by Brahma Kumaris (BK) NGO Representatives, (Core team) for the United Nations Commission on Status of Women (CSW), initiated in Aug- September 2021. This global project includes North America – USA and Canada; the Caribbean; Latin America and Brazil; Europe and UK, Australasia, Africa, Middle East, Russia and India. During Corona time, we found women - Shaktis in forefront taking major responsibilities as Leaders in all fields. As such, it is now time for women to realize their true value and potential as leaders.Aim of this project is: i)To co-create and strengthen the emergence of ShivShakti in the World.ii) It is being developed on two levels, one internally within the BK family and the other outwardly with the public. It is an inward and outward facing approach. In this project, instead of the lectures, the method is of Reflections and sharing of experiences.
