yunghope

yunghope was born in Uricani, Romania in 2001 and grew up in Rome, Italy from an early age, in neighborhoods full of different nationalities and cultures with perspectives that shaped him throughout his life.
He moved back to his hometown during high school, where he was influenced by his experiences to start expressing himself through music, first as a beatmaker and then as a rapper, maturing early in a not-so-easy social context.
After finishing his studies, he had to leave to Timisoara because of the lack of options regarding his future.
The period in Timișoara matured him artistically and led him to Bucharest where he signed his first record deal in 2023 with RUL.
The genre that yunghope approaches is a mix between the West European urban sound and the USA one.
Through his lyrics the artist portrays the essence of the experiences and feelings he had in his life's journey from the bottom to "La Bellavita" - away from the street, away from problems, reaching freedom in every way.
