Jalpaiguri Path Society Medaid

Since its inception, in 2006, JPS Medaid has been relentlessly working towards achieving equal human rights and providing healthy living conditions to people from the deprived strata of the society. An array of exuberant souls embarked upon their initial journey from West Bengal’s Sagardeep area and since then it has extended its services to various parts of West Bengal like Purulia, Sundarban, Hoogly, 24 PGS, Bankura, Jalpaiguri, Burdwan and even to remote places in Orissa. We organized dental camps in Nepal too, way back in 2006!

-Free spectacles to specific patients
-Free eye operations for many
-Hepatitis-B vaccination drive
-Many wheelchairs, water filters distributed
-Plenty of saplings planted
-Free installation of Sanitary Pad vending machines etc. at rural schools
-Seminars on Social issues
-Delivered free oxygen concentrators & food at Covid-time
-Built a water treatment plant for a remote school
-Celebrate D-days with poor children
