A little about me...I have been a holistic practitioner since 2006. I am a Wave Practitioner ψ. I received my education from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA . I also am certified in techniques such as Emotion Code , Usui Reiki, & Quantum Healing Hypnosis .
I'm here to share what I've learned along my journey & strategies as an empath to thrive in today's world.
Studies have shown that approximately 20% of us are highly sensitive. They don't teach us in school how to manage our sensitivities. We are often left overwhelmed. Unfortunately many turn to unhealthy & destructive ways to cope.
I am here at your service & to be a guide to fellow light warriors, empaths, starseeds, and seekers.
