I am Katerega Asuman, founder of Afrikan Maisha Care Foundation dedicated to serving vulnerable children since 2010. Our mission is to provide education, care and support to those in need.
In 2019, we established a mud-built school, serving over 100 children. However, in 2023, we faced a significant setback when our landlord unexpectedly evicted us to reclaim the property for personal use. This forced us to relocate and pause our operations.
Fortunately, in October 2024, a generous friend donated land, enabling us to restart our efforts. We are now working tirelessly to build a permanent orphanage school and a home.
