Welcome to the Youtube-channel of the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law!
A new department for new legal questions and challenges. Founded in 2017 at the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna, we consider the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law as the faculty's link to the 21st century.
We particularly deal with legal questions surrounding IT/IP from a European perspective, with an emphasis on data protection, copyright, e-commerce and consumer protection law, but also focussing on Legal Tech and innovations in the legal professional field.
