Channel Description
Since 2009, I’ve been performing in Malay, English and Arabic. Some of my notable performances include covers of ‘Ya Tayba,’ ‘Rasulullah,’ ‘Raqqat Ayna,’ ‘Kasih Padamu,’ and ‘Dia Muhammad’, among others, with a combined viewing of over 35m hits across various social platforms. I have recently covered some of my favourites, including ‘Zammilooni’ and ‘Best Manners’, and after many years, I’ve finally decided to join the YouTube family.
In 2019, I toured across the USA, Sweden, Canada, S’pore and the UK to various Muslim audiences, singing of my experience as a young Muslim woman and the role of religion in my personal and spiritual growth.
I am intrigued by traditional sounds from various cultures that have shaped my multifaceted cultural identity, and I hope that these distinct influences are reflected in my music, especially with what is to come.
