This channel is all about providing you information and skills to help transform your mindbody--whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or chronic pain by using scientifically proven interventions of brain science and mindfulness-based applications.
The main goal of the Myndfulness channel is to teach proven skills to unhook from our story-telling-mind-machine of ours and to pause our emotionally, reactive, habitual habits to be replaced with mindfulness skills and value-drive life choices. Doing so helps us become more psychologically flexible and leading to less suffering, which helps us to be the best "you" so you can be the best for those things that matter the most to you in life (spirituality, family/relationships, healthy lifestyle, career, etc).
This is what we mean by TRANSFORMING MINDS, which will transform lives.
