Over 30 years ago I was searching for peace traveling to mystical places & studying with gurus around the world,. I found what I was looking for only when I got back to USA & learned to meditate. I've lived & worked in a Transcendental Meditation community, helped to start Deepak Chopra's Mind/Body Health Center, lived in an ashram in India, was a cook in a Zen Buddhist monastery, & directed Byron Katie's school for The Work.
