Channel Description

THRASS (UK) LIMITED publishes the English Spelling Chart Resources and is also responsible for training teachers in Europe, the Middle East, South America, Central America (and the Cayman and Caribbean Islands), the USA, Central Asia and Africa. It publishes the video programmes ‘English Alphabet, English Keyword Raps and English 44 Sounds' and the 'English Sounds Code' (The ESC Videos and Where's the Sound? videos) through the YouTube Playlists of the same name. The teaching videos help children and adults (as individuals, or in pairs, groups or classes) to better understand the sounds, spellings, syllables, consonant blends and rhymes in English words. For pupils/students, student teachers, teachers and parents, the videos are a great way to learn or revise the building blocks of English words. The English Sounds Code is a numeric code that uses the sound-box numbers on the English Spelling Chart.
