Welcome to Addiction Depression Recovery. On this channel I will be discussing my story of addiction and redemption, and the things that helped me make a positive change in my life. I hope I can help others by sharing what worked for me...and what didn't. The road to recovery can be difficult, and hopefully my story and advice can help others by making that road a little less bumpy. I'd love to engage in some open discussion in the comments so that we can all share stories and help each other! Whatever your struggle, alcoholism, drug addiction, depression, gambling addiction, suicidal thoughts...there are people out there who are dealing with the same thing, and finding out you're not alone can be a big help.
