We are fitness enthusiasts, a foodie couple and God's Child.
What we have learnt from home gym is every individual are made beautifully but different.
We used to pay for gym membership, but time is never on our side. So, we decided to build our own home gym. It is less expensive and more convenient.
Fitness makes us stronger and build closer bond, we want to keep it close to us.
By understanding our body type differences, our life changes drastically, we can understand each other body needs and help each other to achieve fitness goal.
Best part, we encourage and accountable for each other because we all know pain is just a sign of weakness leaving the body. At the end of the day, we will triumph!
