Welcome to "Yoga with Ali Beale". I discovered my passion for yoga after a long history of medical issues and years of depression with crippling anxiety. Yoga for me felt like coming home and I haven't looked back. Then I discovered the magic of Aerial Yoga and a whole new world of movement and the benefits of anti gravity work. My goal is to inspire you to achieve a newness within your life through the gift of movement. I come to you with true transparency sharing my weaknesses throughout this process hopefully provides a platform for you to also look within and be perfectly imperfect as I am. Regardless of current physical state today the only requirement is the desire to let your guard down and let ego the go.
