武極堂是中加傳統武術研習院於2009年在大溫地區成立的武術學校，以發揚正宗中國傳統武術為宗旨。 高師傅是研習院和武極堂的創始人，擁有三十多年的教學經驗， 對內家拳法、拳理、兵刃均有深入而獨到的見解。 高師傅教學毫無保留，心存傳承武學的責任和理想。 他打破了傳統的「師傅怎麼教，學生怎麼學」的教學方式， 而是著重於怎樣才能讓學生學得通、學得懂。 他用自己的身體來詮釋拳法，又因材施教，用變通的方法， 務求令學生能理解和學會拳理。 除了親自教學， 高師傅還專為學生製作教學影碟及出版課本。
Wujitang, a martial arts school in Greater Vancouver, was founded in 2009 by China-Canada Traditional Martial Arts Institute with a view to promoting Chinese traditional martial arts. Master Gao is the founder of Wujitang and the Institute and has more than 30 years of teaching Chinese martial arts in China, USA and Canada. He is a deciple of Wu Style Taichi (5th generation), Baguazhang (5th generation) and Hsin-I Quan (7th generation). He has a deep and unique understanding of internal martial arts, their forms, principles and weapons. Besides teaching every class himself, Master Gao also prepares DVDs and publications as learning aids for his students.
