After working with countless clients, we found that no matter their goals, all of their struggles were really just symptoms of a much larger problem. Most people lacked the knowledge of how to put a working program together. With so much misinformation out there, no wonder everyone is confused. When they tried this program or that program, almost all of them failed to integrate all the components required for success (there are 6). And more importantly, they lacked the accountability and coaching that comes with working with a coach.
