Jorge da Rocha is a Portuguese musician based in Barcelona. Da Rocha starts is solo career recording These are a few of my favorite songs (playing cover songs from Radiohead, Massive Attack, Björk among others) and after, recording To drop and let go, with his own compositions. Both albums were recorded only with two instruments: double bass and voice. And what a wealth of possibilities the combination of double bass, loop station and celestial vocals produces! Jorge’s one-man-cosmos creates magical moments and seduces the listener in the discovery of new soundscapes and songs that show the artist's own universe, his feelings and emotions
