Stigmata hailing from Colombo, Sri Lanka is truly the first of its kind. Since the ensemble’s inception over two and a half decades ago, the band has forged a pathway for originality through gritted teeth, sheer iron will, unrivaled vision, and a gift to intertwine an eclectic musical blueprint, captivating song craftsmanship, and amazing showmanship.
The ensemble changed the infrastructure and face of the regional music industry forever, inspiring a myriad of talent that has
emerged island-wide. With a discography spanning four full-length albums (with the fifth opus on the way) and over twenty songs released, headlining and representing Sri Lanka around the world, with accolades from being featured on the Discovery Channel and BBC Radio to MTV Asia and Triple J Radio.
