What's up friends!?
This is Nick Intgroen, 4th degree Black Belt in Shotokan with cross training in anything I can be a part of (especially 'No Touch Knockout Ki Masters'..... kidding). I have had the opportunity to learn from some of the biggest names in martial arts, including Junior Lefevre, Alex Biamonti, Christophe Pinna, Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, Joe Lewis and 5 different 10th dans from various styles. I've also been honored to represent USA at the World level since 2000 as an athlete, captain or coach, many times earning the gold.
NOW...
I say all of that not to inflate my ego or to try to impress everyone but because you should not take advice from just anyone on YouTube. There are A LOT of bad videos out there, seek out those who have tested it at the highest levels and pick their brains.
PLEASE! Let me know if there is anything we can do a video on that would help you in your training. If I'm not good at it, I will admit it 😁
