Welcome to OsteoBoston !
OsteoBoston is a wellness minded group of people with osteoporosis/osteopenia who seek knowledgeable support for ways to strengthen our bones and take better control of our health. This is a monthly series, taped live on Zoom, with guest speakers, researchers, and clinicians in the field that serve to educate us.
Our guest speakers cover areas of research in Osteoporosis, such as healthy bone nutrition, medications, exercise, supplements, mindset, and all topics promoting bone health. Contact info for participation if you're interested is: osteoboston@gmail.com The monthly meeting on Zoom takes place on the FIRST Tuesday of the month at 7 pm EST. This group is NOT limited to those living in Boston, or to the U.S..
