Welcome to the MyPTCare Community for (those of us) over 50 y.o.! I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 25 years of experience in Orthopedics. Whether you've just "graduated" in-person care, you're looking for ongoing guidance, or you have no idea where to begin exercising, I Can Help You!
We MUST keep moving to remain well! But it can be overwhelming to know what to do. That's why I created a safe (online) environment with: LIVE Functional Fitness Classes, direct access to me (a PT), monthly educational programs, the support of a like-minded group, accountability thru monthly FIT Challenges & much more! All from the comfort of home!!
And just so you know, I have a special connection to Osteoarthritis. After a basketball injury requiring surgery, I developed left knee arthritis and have been "practicing what I preach" ever since. As a PT and a Patient, I share the approach I personally use, to manage my own musculoskeletal health & wellness. I hope to see you in class!
