Hi all, we’re James & Stef (& our ‘adventure’ cat Mel)! We’ve been RVing since 2010 & are currently rolling in a tricked-out Winnebago EKKO named “Number One”.
So, what is “fitRVing”? It's 2 things: 1) Keeping yourself fit, & 2) Keeping your RV fit. The Fit RV focuses on both, bringing you tips & inspiration that’ll keep you AND your RV healthy & on the road. Find us over at https://www.thefitrv.com
ABOUT US:
* James is a former aerospace engineer who’s a bit compulsive about RV mods. When he’s not doing mods, he’s thinking about them. James also loves road biking, building furniture, playing drums, and pretty much anything besides sitting still.
* Stef is a former PE/Health/APE teacher turned RVing personal trainer; with a coaching focus on overall wellness & aging well. She loves running, paddleboarding, and time with her favorite three mini-humans — Punky, Marshmallow, and Lottie.
